Our client, a leader in the hospitality sector, is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting the maintenance and safety of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Location: Marquette, MI

Pay Range: $18.00 to $25.00 per Hour

Shift: M-F 9AM-6PM

What's the Job?

• Oversee and perform basic building maintenance including HVAC systems, elevator repairs, and kitchen appliance servicing.
• Manage contracts and coordinate with local vendors for specialized repair assistance.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation including blueprints, maintenance manuals, and parts inventories.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and emergency situations promptly and professionally.

What's Needed?

• Full time, permanent position M-F 9AM-6PM.
• Required: 2 years of experience in facilities or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
