Hi, As we are going to have the Focus Group Discussion with our client, we need a facilitator which could handle the event of that discussion. Below is the details of the FGD event. If you are interested, please kindly send your latest CV. Where: Wonorejo and Ungaran, Semarang, Jawa Tengah (two locations) When: 3rd week of Januari 2026. (The exact date will be confirmed by our client soon) Tasks: Lead two-day Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities at Labor Solutions’ Client Facility A. Preparation (Pre-Deployment): i. Establish good understanding about the Client’s survey results and discussion topics/questions proposed by Labor Solutions ii. Participate in the preparatory meetings (remote) between Labor Solutions guidance and Client iii. Identify one qualified assistant to support the FGD deployment (required) B. Deployment: i. Conduct FGD sessions following pre-agreed schedule ii. Facilitate the discussions, strictly following Labor Solutions guidance and protocols iii. Ensure complete recording of FGD sessions (audio recording or note-taking) C. Reporting (Post-Deployment): i. Create FGD reports in English and Bahasa Indonesia, following the Labor Solutions FGD Reporting Template and submit to Labor Solutions 1 week after the last day of deployment ii. Make adjustments to the reports based on Labor Solutions comment iii. Participate in 2-hour meeting (remote) with Labor Solutions and Client to review results, provide input and answer client’s questions D. Ensure all information related to the FGD project and the Client is held confidential. Requirements: Education and Training • HR/Psychology or group facilitation related training Experience • At least three projects with sizeable companies across different industries. Language • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (non-negotiable). • English - Intermediate • Based in or near Semarang • Familiar with local colloquial language and nuances in word meanings across regions/countries that speak the same language.
