We’re seeking a skilled Facebook Ads specialist who understands how to scale eCommerce brands profitably. Our goal is simple: increase ROAS while maintaining (or ideally reducing) our cost per purchase. We run multiple static and video creatives, broad targeting and CBO setups, and product catalog ads tied directly into our WooCommerce store. We’re consistently averaging 2.2–2.5 ROAS, but we believe there is room for better campaign structure, creative testing, and efficiency improvements to push toward 4+ ROAS. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record managing Meta ads for eCommerce brands Experience optimizing for scale with 7-day click attribution Strong understanding of broad targeting, audience segmentation & creative iterations Ability to identify wasted spend, poor performers, and structural issues Knowledge of WooCommerce + Meta Shop/Product Catalog Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations Clear communicator who can explain what’s working, what’s not, and what we should test next Our Current Environment Includes: WooCommerce site with active Pixel & catalog feed Several campaigns using broad, cold, CBO, and catalog structures Daily spend around $200–$250 Mixed static and video creative assets ROAS range: 2.2–2.5
