Overview We’re looking for a skilled freelancer to create a short, high-quality training video (30–60 minutes total, or broken into shorter segments) that teaches the fundamentals of cold email research and outreach — specifically how to find and contact the right decision-maker for a role or opportunity. What You’ll Create A clear, actionable training that walks through: How to identify the right person to contact (e.g., hiring manager, department head, recruiter) How to research company org structures and job postings to pinpoint decision-makers How to find accurate email addresses using verified tools (e.g., RocketReach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn, etc.) How to verify email validity and avoid spam traps Basic etiquette for initial outreach (subject lines, personalization, and follow-up timing) Deliverables A 30–60 minute training video (or series of shorter videos) with screen share and voiceover An accompanying outline summarizing each step and tool demonstrated Requirements Proven experience in cold email research, lead generation, or recruiting outreach Ability to explain and demonstrate processes clearly and engagingly on video Neutral English accent required (clear and easily understandable globally) Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, RocketReach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lusha Bonus Points If You Have experience training others in prospecting, recruiting, or outbound sales Can include real-world examples or short case studies in the walkthrough Deliver the project quickly — 3–4 day turnaround preferred To Apply Please include: A short note describing your experience with cold outreach or lead research A link to a sample training or screen-share video you’ve created (if available)
