We are looking for an experienced Duda developer to help us build websites for our clients, who are independent insurance agencies. The right candidate is not just someone who has “used Duda before” — we are looking for someone who is truly among the best at Duda and can leverage the platform to its maximum capacity. This includes everything from pixel-perfect design work to deep technical knowledge of the Duda API. We want someone who can deliver high-quality, professional websites that look great, function seamlessly, and integrate with our automation workflows. There will be an initial trial project, but we are ultimately looking for a long-term partner. This role could easily grow into steady contract work as we continue to scale. We also have a strong preference for candidates in U.S.-based time zones for easier collaboration. Responsibilities Build and launch client websites on the Duda platform Create polished, responsive designs that reflect professionalism and trustworthiness Use custom CSS/HTML for advanced styling and functionality Work extensively with the Duda API for automations, site creation, and content updates Configure dynamic content collections, widgets, and personalization rules in Duda Ensure every site is QA-tested across browsers and devices before handoff Optimize for local SEO and lead generation (quote forms, CTAs, schema markup) Integrate third-party tools via custom widgets Required Skills Expert-level knowledge of Duda (beyond templates; deep platform knowledge) Duda API proficiency (REST, JSON, automations, integrations) Strong eye for design — able to deliver modern, professional, and responsive websites Custom CSS/HTML skills for fine-tuned adjustments and unique site features Knowledge of SEO best practices for local business websites Strong QA and attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect and error-free sites Clear communication and ability to collaborate on U.S. time zones Nice to Have Experience building websites for insurance agencies or other local service businesses Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG basics) Experience with structured data / schema markup for SEO About You You’re not just a builder — you’re an expert who knows how to get the most out of Duda You care about design quality, polish, and user experience You’re comfortable with technical workflows and API-based automations You’re detail-oriented, efficient, and responsive in communication You’re interested in a long-term contract relationship with steady work
