About

I’m looking for an experienced web designer and developer (or small agency) to build a professional, responsive website similar in style and functionality to PropStream.com. This website will serve as the marketing and lead generation front-end for a real estate data platform that aggregates foreclosure lists, tax sale notices, vacant property data, and public records across multiple states. The goal is to create a clean, modern, and conversion-focused website that communicates credibility, demonstrates product features, and captures leads effectively — with room for future integration of a login/dashboard system. ⸻ Scope of Work: • Design & Development: Create a responsive website modeled after the PropStream layout (hero sections, feature pages, pricing, blog, contact, etc.). • Brand Integration: Incorporate brand colors, logo, and style guidelines (to be provided). • Page Creation: • Home Page • Features / Solutions Page • Pricing Page • About / Team Page • Contact / Lead Capture Page • (Optional) Blog / News Page • Lead Capture: Integrate web forms, CRM, or email automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). • SEO & Analytics: Basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions, schema) + Google Analytics integration. • CMS Integration: (Preferred: Webflow or WordPress, open to other platforms if recommended). • Scalability: Site should be built with room for expansion (e.g., “Login” and “Dashboard” buttons for future SaaS functionality). This website will also need to connect to an API that will provide a daily list of properties that will need to be processed through the system. The system will take the information from a list of properties that I’m getting scraped from various locations. Each property will be sent to the API where it will obtain all the information on the property. This information will be uploaded into the site that you are creating for me so that I can visualize it. I can see it and process each one individually. Then The site will have to go to a second API to obtain contact information. If there are any templates of these sites, I would be open to that as long as we can add to or take away from the template. The site does not have to look identical, but needs to have all of the same functionality
