About Us: We run a functional health coaching company that helps women heal their hormones and get lasting results with their health. Our program packages range from $3K–$7K, and we’re looking for a proven closer to join our team and handle inbound sales calls. What We’re Looking For: We need a closer who: -Has experience closing high-ticket offers ($3K+ minimum). -Is comfortable working commission-only (competitive %). -Is able to work within US time zones (you can live anywhere). -Can build trust and rapport with leads quickly. -Is committed, consistent, and looking for a long-term role. Role Responsibilities: This is a part time poition and are currently booking about 3 calls a week and are in the process of ramping that up to 5-10 calls a week miniumum. We currently do a 2 call close. First an initial 15 minute consult and if it seems like the right fit we schedule a longer 45 minute sales call. -Take scheduled inbound Zoom calls with warm leads. -Follow up with leads from calls -Follow our proven sales process while personalizing for each prospect. -Update notes and track metrics consistently. -Collaborate with our team to improve performance and conversions. Compensation: Commission with strong earning potential based on performance.
