We are a fast-growing service company rolling out a commercial campaign and need skilled, confident cold callers to help us connect with decision-makers. This role involves: • Calling business owners and property managers directly (B2B focus) • Following a proven script while adapting to conversations naturally • Scheduling appointments or gathering key information • Logging calls, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM • Consistent follow-up to move prospects forward We’re looking for someone who: • Speaks fluent, clear English with minimal accent • Has proven experience in cold calling / telemarketing (especially B2B) • Is confident, professional, and comfortable handling objections • Understands the importance of persistence, energy, and tone • Can work independently while hitting performance targets Requirements: • Previous cold calling experience (please provide details in your proposal) • High-speed internet, quiet work environment, and reliable equipment • Availability during US business hours (Eastern Time preferred) • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Preferred Experience: • Calling for commercial services (painting, contracting, property management, etc.) • Appointment setting or inside sales background • Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Compensation: • Hourly + bonus structure based on appointments set / deals closed • Long-term opportunities for the right person How to Apply: When applying, please include: 1.
