We operate several U.S.-based real-estate and development entities and need a reliable, detail-oriented Philippine bookkeeper to manage ongoing accounting in Wave and QuickBooks Online. Main responsibilities: • Weekly bank/credit-card reconciliations across multiple LLCs • Tracking construction loans, draws, and CIP (Construction in Progress) • Maintaining partner capital ledgers and inter-company balances • Preparing monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports • Sending a short Friday update summary Entities include: Luxury Sales and Rentals, LLC (LUX) – commissions, marketing, travel Lester Capital, LLC – GP investments and advances Whitecloud Capital, LLC – master developer, partner capital WCL6, LLC (500 Whitecloud Rd) – active construction project Skipper Drive, LLC – new construction project Whitecloud Ridge HOA – dues and vendor tracking Requirements: Based in the Philippines 3+ years bookkeeping for U.S. clients Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Wave Accounting Familiar with real-estate or construction accounting (CIP, loans, draws) Organized, proactive, good written English Start Date: January 2025 (books reconciled to 12/31/24) Hours: 10–15 hrs/week initially → 8–12 hrs ongoing Rate: $10–12/hr (USD)
