I need a senior automation specialist to build a full operations system using ClickUp, n8n, Harvest, QuickBooks, Wise, and Google Drive. This is not a simple automation job. You must be able to build a complete multi-model billing engine, vendor payout workflows, and cross-system syncing that runs cleanly without bugs. The system will support multiple billing types including flat fee, hourly, flat fee with hourly overages, monthly retainers, recurring fees with hourly overages, and hybrids. All work and workflows must run inside ClickUp. Harvest only tracks time at the project level. QuickBooks handles invoicing and payments. Wise handles vendor payouts in draft mode. Google Drive has one folder per client. n8n handles all automation and syncing. You will receive a detailed build spec. Your job is to build the system as defined, with any improvements you can recommend.
