We are looking for a skilled architect to create a detailed floor plan to convert our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout. The ideal candidate should have experience with residential designs and an understanding of local building codes. You will work closely with us to ensure the new layout meets our needs while maximizing space efficiency and functionality. Please provide examples of your previous work in similar projects. An existing Plumbing plan will also require modification to match the revised floor plan
