We are looking for an experienced Amazon Wholesale Sourcing Specialist who has worked DIRECTLY with US distributors and Amazon sellers (6 or 7-figure stores preferred). This job is NOT for retail arbitrage, online arbitrage, or dropshipping VAs. We want someone who can bring experience, not someone that needs to be trained. Your responsibilities: - Analyze wholesale catalogs (EE Distribution, Alliance, ACDD, UPD, NPP, NexDeal, Contar Market, etc). - Identify profitable wholesale products with stable historical demand. - Match UPCs to correct ASINs using Keepa and advanced research methods. - Evaluate current Buy Box, competition, price stability, and sales velocity. - Create weekly shortlists of profitable and REPLENISHABLE products. - Identify “restock opportunities” with consistent sales. - Review preorder waves (toys, collectibles) and highlight strong upcoming items. - Suggest alternative distributors for the same profitable products (very important). Required experience: - Must have minimum 1–2 years working for an Amazon wholesale seller. - Must know Keepa analysis in depth (price stability, competition spikes, drops, seasonal charts, buy box rotation). - Must have sourced products from US wholesale distributors, NOT retail stores. - Must understand ROI, net profit, and Amazon FBA fees. - Must understand MAP pricing, brand restrictions, and ungating basics. - Must be able to provide examples of products you've sourced before. - Must speak and write good English, Spanish or Portuguese. Bonus experience: - Experience finding hidden distributors or small regional wholesalers. This job is for you if: - You already know how to find real wholesale winners. - You can bring products that performed well for other sellers. - You can think strategically, not just follow instructions. - You take ownership and deliver results weekly.
