Remote Account/Project Manager (CPG + Beverage Alcohol Preferred) 10–15 hours/week | Long-term contract We’re a fast-growing beverage co-packing company looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive Account/Project Manager to help move new clients from “signed contract” to “production-ready” much faster. You’ll coordinate with clients and internal teams, push projects forward, keep everyone accountable, and give near-daily updates via Basecamp or Slack. If you’re: • CPG-savvy (beverage experience = big bonus) • Organized, assertive, polite, and relentless about follow-through • Comfortable with Google Drive, Slack, Basecamp, Zoom …we’d love to work with you. ⸻ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION (DETAILED VERSION) About the Role We’re hiring a remote, part-time Account/Project Manager (10–15 hours/week) to help accelerate our client onboarding and move projects to the production line significantly faster. This role begins after the initial sales call and continues through all pre-production steps, ensuring both clients and internal teams stay aligned, accountable, and on schedule. What You’ll Do Project Management & Coordination • Guide new clients through the onboarding process from contract → formulas → COLA → production readiness. • Coordinate communication between internal teams (production, compliance, R&D, packaging) and clients. • Run and schedule check-ins, send reminders, and keep momentum on every project. • Provide near-daily updates in Basecamp or Slack on project status, risks, and next steps. • Prioritize across a pipeline of multiple client projects and help build efficient schedules. • Create and maintain documentation, timelines, and shared folders. Account Management & Client Success • Push and pull clients to complete tasks, provide documents, and meet deadlines—always polite, always firm. • Help clients assemble answers to common questions and gather required documents. • Keep clients informed, supported, and moving forward with confidence. Documentation & Organization • Track NDAs, contracts, formulas, packaging specs, regulatory docs, and more. • Create checklists, templates, and repeatable processes to streamline onboarding. • Identify bottlenecks and help eliminate them. What You Bring • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) required; beverage alcohol experience strongly preferred. • Understanding of supply chain timelines, lead times, vendors, and production realities. • Extremely detail-oriented with strong documentation habits. • Comfortable being assertive while maintaining a friendly, professional tone. • Skilled in Google Drive, Slack, Basecamp, Zoom, and general digital organization. • Natural communicator—phone, email, and video. • A proactive mindset: you see issues before they become problems and move quickly to solve them. Hours & Structure • 10–15 hours per week • Fully remote • Long-term partnership for the right fit
