Are you an organized, tech-savvy Executive Virtual Assistant with proven experience supporting US insurance agents and brokers specialized in P&C Insurance (Property and Casualty)? Meydenbauer Partners—a next-generation consulting and outsourcing firm for high-growth startups and mission-driven organizations—is seeking a full-time EA to join our remote team in the Philippines. You'll become a strategic partner to business leaders, manage operations in Momentum AMS and Google Workspace, and directly support commercial insurance operations and project management initiatives. **What You'll Do:** Executive Support: - Calendar/inbox management, meeting scheduling, and stakeholder communication - Agenda prep, structured meeting notes, action tracking - Reliable client liaison and bandwidth protector Project & Operations Management: - Translate ideas into actionable project plans, timelines, and SOPs - Progress tracking in Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace - Process documentation and deadline management Marketing & Content Coordination: - Social media drafting, content repurposing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) - Collaboration via Canva, Figma, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; outbound campaigns - Leverage AI—Claude.ai, ChatGPT—for efficient marketing support P&C Insurance Support: - Daily operations support for US insurance agents and brokers specializing in commercial P&C insurance - Accurate documentation and records in Momentum AMS, Google Workspace, insurance platforms - ACCORD Forms completion and compliance (critical!) - Client-facing materials/report generation, renewal docs prep - Data entry and research for quoting & policy updates - Multi-client/workflow coordination **What You'll Need:** - Minimum 2 years' experience (EA, VA, project coordinator, or similar remote roles) - Experience supporting US insurance agents/brokers specialized in P&C Insurance (Property & Casualty) - Momentum AMS, Google Workspace, and insurance platform familiarity - Excellent English (spoken/written), strong communication & organizational skills - Initiative—able to anticipate needs and work with minimal oversight - Tech skills: Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude.ai - Reliability: High-speed internet, professional home setup, backup power/internet a plus - Philippines-based only **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with ACCORD Forms (required), commercial insurance workflows - Experience with insurance carrier portals, broker management systems - Customer service, records/reports, process optimization - Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing - Policy endorsements and renewals experience - Familiar with U.S. time zones, remote team experience **Compensation & Benefits:** - $6–$8 USD/hour (DOE) + performance milestones - Flexible hours with U.S. overlap - Structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and career advancement - Access to premium AI tools & training - Well-defined remote culture and supportive leadership **Application Requirements (All 3 Required):** - Updated resume - 1–2 minute introduction video (Loom/other platform) - Typing test (typetest.io: minimum 45 WPM; 55+ preferred) Applicants who do not submit a resume, video, and typing test will not be considered.
