We are looking for a rockstar to join our team as an Executive Marketing Assistant.. (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING) Are you experienced with Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent? (Images/graphic designs for Facebook Ads, Social Media Posts, or funnels) Are you comfortable with managing Facebook Groups? Are you able to manage a Amazon store + Sponsored Amazon Ads? If this is you, then - I welcome you to respond to this job post. ---------------------------------- Primary Role/Responsibilities: 1. Help create images/static ads for Facebook marketing (You'll have insight and direction from the team) 2. . You'll need to be on top of our Amazon store, improve listings, rank our products in the Amazon marketplace, and mange our sponsored ads to convert more sales. Secondary Role/Responsibilities: 1. Manage and continue to grow our Facebook Group(s) with over 50k+ members (This includes promoting our products, posting value based content, engaging with comments, replying, moderating comments etc..) 2. Help manage key social media platforms such as Facebook page, Instagram page, Tiktok page, etc.. (This is mainly, scheduling posts in advance, replying to comments, guiding people to the right information, replying to DMs, etc..) ---------------------------------- Take ACCOUNTABILITY!!! If you have ideas or suggestions, share them. This role is going to be the main source for graphic images for our Paid Ads & Social Media. AND managing our socials to promote our products/services. Incentives will be provided as we do offer products and services, so this is best suited for someone who truly wants to help convert sales and earn additional commissions. ---------------------------------- EXPECTED HOURS: - we project this role to be no more than 3-4 hours per day. - we don't track your hours, as long as you can do the job and do it right, THAT'S ALL WE CARE ABOUT. COMPENSATION: - this role has a starting base of $1,000 per month - the right person will eventually earn promotions which means increased based pay BONUS - we are a Chiropractic office with an online e-commerce brand, so we can use unique links and tracking software to track sales that come directly from YOUR efforts. - you can earn commissions on top of your based pay*** - these commissions are paid out on the the 1st of the following month. - this incentive is based on the sales that come from managing our Facebook Group(s) & Social media ---------------------------------- Must have experience, the above is just the bare minimum and we know the right person can excel in this role.
