Description I am a senior operations leader with 10+ years of experience managing multi-state portfolios in the self-storage and property management industry. I am currently seeking Director of Operations, Asset Manager, or Executive-level roles (Houston or remote) and need support with the application and outreach process. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer who can assist me with: Researching and compiling lists of recruiters and executive search firms (Houston + national) Managing and submitting tailored job applications based on my resume and role criteria Refining LinkedIn messaging and outreach to recruiters/hiring managers Tracking opportunities in a simple system (Google Sheets, Airtable, or Excel) Optional: Light resume/cover letter adjustments to match job postings Requirements Experience in recruiting, HR, or executive-level job searches preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written communication in professional/business English Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Tech savvy (LinkedIn, Google Workspace, job boards, etc.) Commitment ~5 hours per week to start (flexible based on workload) Remote, async communication is fine, but responsiveness is important Budget Hourly: $20 depending on experience Open to a fixed-price project if it makes sense To Apply Please share: A short intro about your experience with job search support or recruiting.
