The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will assist with business development, operational management, and project coordination. You should have strong business acumen, be very organized, and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include new business outreach efforts, a high frequency of social media posts, bookkeeping, monthly newsletters, managing schedules, appointment scheduling, facilitating communication, and the ability to work without being micromanaged to drive initiatives that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be a hard-worker, detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills. Familiarity and comfort using Generative AI tools (beyond standard ChatGPT) are crucial for success in this role.
