We are looking for an Executive Assistant based in Latin America to join Team Paul Rohde! About Us: Paul Rohde is an executive coach based in San Francisco who focuses on productivity. We have set an audacious goal of reaching 20,000 newsletter subscribers in 6 months and need all the support we need to get there! Scope of the Role: Executive Assistance: - Support Paul as an executive assistant from 9:00am - 5:00pm (San Francisco Time) - Manage relevant personal admin tasks (keeping an eye out for important tax compliance dates for the US, filing health insurance claims, etc.) - Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and reminders for Paul Content and Social Media: - Support the social media manager when help is needed - Help Paul write LinkedIn posts during co-working calls - Provide insights and recommendations on social media (if you have any) Accountability and Co-working: - Help Paul maintain productivity through co-working sessions This role is for you if: - You naturally initiative and take ownership with your work - You enjoy building efficient systems to make life easier - You are an effective communicator - You take on constructive feedback and take action on them - You bring your own experience and expertise to the table - You have a strong interest in productivity - You are interested in AI Research and AI Safety!
