I'm looking to hire an executive/virtual assistant to help me with miscellaneous tasks related to my startup. I am a mobile app developer by trade, and I built a popular AAC (Augmentative and alternative communication) app on the App Store a few years ago which helps people who lost their voice communicate again. I’m looking to expand, and to do so, I would like help connecting with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). The first task is to research and compile a list of SLPs, reach out to them, and schedule phone calls so I can speak with them about the app and learn more about their patients’ needs. This is just the first task though. If I enjoy working with you and it works out, I'm sure I'd love to get help on future work as well, most likely within the same line of helping me grow my AAC app. Qualities I'm looking for: - Organized - High attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Honest and transparent - Intelligent, problem solver - Efficient with their time - An operational expert - Available to communicate throughout the day (I don't want someone that's too busy with other things to chat, or is a slow replier. The work can be done asynchronously though, just be transparent with when you'll get things done) - Ability to do light budgeting and maybe light project management (pen and paper is fine) - Able to take a generic instruction (e.g. "Please find and set up meetings with 5-10 SLPs") and accomplish the task - Understands the fine line between asking the necessary questions to fulfill expectations, while also being able to problem solve and figure out things on your own If this sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you!
