The Spiritual Acceleration Project is a decentralized, project-based spiritual development program. We help develop leaders to build their own spiritual groups. We are seeking a special person to help guide and support leaders and their groups. This role combines online group facilitation, individual support, content creation, project coordination and anything else needed to get the job done. It is not a therapeutic role, but it requires a deep ability to listen, hold space, and serve others with humility. ## Training & Development We know this role requires depth, presence, and adaptability. To support you, the Spiritual Acceleration Project provides **ongoing training and development** in the following areas: ### **Orientation & Foundations** - Introduction to the mission, values, and principles of the Spiritual Acceleration Project. - Training in the core principles: metaphysical humility, aspirational inquiry, and spiritual sovereignty. - Clarification of the Support Lead role: holding space, not therapy; service, not authority. ### Responsibilities - Facilitate and support multiple spiritual groups - Provide one-on-one encouragement and presence to participants. - Create reflective content, prompts, and documentation to support group journeys. - Assist with program logistics and communication across decentralized groups. - Support project-based initiatives developed by participants. - Foster openness, trust, and collaboration in the community. - Maintain a personal commitment to ongoing spiritual practice and self-development. ### Qualities We’re Looking For - Deep presence and capacity to listen with curiosity and without judgment. - Strong interpersonal, leadership skills and customer service. - Commitment to personal spiritual growth while being open to diverse views. - Ability to hold space for individuals and groups with humility and clarity. - Clear and creative communication skills (written and verbal). - Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. ### Details - Part-time role with flexible hours (with potential to grow). - Must be available during typical Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. - Compensation: stipend/salary based on experience. - Reports to leadership of No Self Society. ### How to Apply Send a short introduction, your background, and a reflection on: 1.
