This is a pre-revenue, ground-floor opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and reliable professional who enjoys creating structure and building systems. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder (35+ years in business) to help organize operations, manage communications, and implement automation tools. We’ll cover the cost of your GoHighLevel training and related AI-tool learning, helping you become our in-house expert as we scale. Responsibilities Manage the founder’s inbox, schedule, and task tracking. Set up and maintain automation workflows inside GoHighLevel (training provided). Support light team hiring and coordination tasks. Create documentation, track project progress, and streamline operations. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, and other modern assistants to improve efficiency. Compensation and Schedule Start at $6 USD/hour during the first month while training is provided. Increase to $8–10 USD/hour after 60–90 days based on performance and reliability. Further increases possible as you expand your role and deliver results. Performance bonuses starting at $75 USD for key wins or project milestones. Part-time to start (about 20 hrs/week) with flexible scheduling. Must overlap 3–4 hours with U.S. Eastern Time (≈ 8 PM–12 MN Philippines). Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant. Excellent written and spoken English communication. Familiar with CRM or automation tools (GoHighLevel a plus). Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, etc.) in daily workflows. Highly organized, dependable, and proactive with minimal supervision. Stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
