Your next career opportunity As an Executive Assistant/Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Department and Department staff within the School of Health Sciences. You will be at the forefront of administrative excellence, managing diverse tasks such as HR, finance, and event coordination, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your dynamic approach and high-level organisational skills will ensure smooth departmental operations, contributing to the advancement of Nursing and Allied Health. Your responsibilities will include Administrative Support: Provide general support to Department staff, manage HR and finance tasks, liaise with the facilities team and coordinate department events. Executive Support and Diary Management: Manage the Head of Department's diary, organise travel, and support strategic initiatives. Enhance Departmental Processes: Establish workflows, improve administrative processes, and support OH&S initiatives. You may be a great fit if You are an experienced administrative professional with exceptional organisational skills, ready to support a dynamic team in the School of Health Sciences, utilising your problem-solving abilities and collaborative approach. You may also: Have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic diary management systems. Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining confidentiality.
