• Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a Minnesota school district for the current school year. This full-time position serves a self-contained classroom for students in grades 1–3, providing an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners with a range of learning differences and support needs.

• In this role, you will design and lead a nurturing, structured learning environment where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll provide individualized instruction in core subject areas while promoting communication, independence, and positive behavior. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team—including paraprofessionals, therapists, and families—you’ll ensure that every student’s educational experience is cohesive, supportive, and empowering.

• Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress, and using data-driven strategies to inform instruction. You’ll create engaging lessons tailored to each learner’s unique strengths and challenges, helping them achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

• The ideal candidate is patient, creative, and student-focused, with a strong belief in every child’s ability to succeed. Experience in a self-contained or specialized instructional setting is preferred. A Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement is required.

• Requirements
• Candidates should have proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a comparable educational role, with a solid background in supporting students with diverse learning needs and disabilities. A valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license is required. Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, though a master’s degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.
