We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Excel and Power BI to help us clean, analyze, and visualize our business data. Our dataset includes information on sales, finance, and operations, and we need a professional who can: * Clean and organize raw data for accurate reporting * Perform exploratory data analysis (identify trends, KPIs, and insights) * Build *interactive dashboards* in Excel and Power BI * Create visualizations (charts, graphs, slicers, KPIs) for easy decision-making * Provide recommendations based on data insights Deliverables: * Excel workbook with structured data, PivotTables, and dashboards * Power BI dashboard with interactive reports and filters * A short guide (or walkthrough) on how to update/maintain the dashboards Requirements: * Proven experience in Excel (PivotTables, PivotCharts, formulas, dashboards) * Strong skills in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualizations) * Ability to work with different data types (sales, HR, finance, healthcare, etc.) * Good communication and ability to explain insights in a business-friendly way.
