Hi there, My startup will be hosting a small networking event in San Diego on the evening of Wednesday, 11/12, and I'm looking for a photographer who can help us capture it. The event will have 20-40 attendees (including VIP guests) at a public venue in Seaport Village. Our goals are: - High-quality still photos for general marketing use - Raw photos for social media This won't be a studio-style shoot; no lighting or equipment setups; just a regular camera in a live environment. I imagine we would need you onsite for about 1 hour (6-7pm during the event, which runs 5:30-7:30pm). We need someone who can work unobtrusively and be mindful of our guests' experience. Deliverables & Timeline - A highlight set of 5–10 photos within 24 hours (for quick social use) - Full edited photo set within 5 business days Budget: $500 for 1 hour shooting + editing Note: I know this is very last minute, and I appreciate anyone who can accommodate this tight timeline.
