As a floater, you’ll rotate through our accounts, learn how each one runs, and build a broad skill set. It’s the perfect way to get to know the entire operation from the ground up. – Learn the cleaning procedures for all accounts
– Fill in for team members when needed

Pay & Hours: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with increases tied to performance and advancement. Typical shifts average 20–35 hours per week.
