Entry Level Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:

● Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by using active listening skills to create and provide targeted product and sales recommendations

● Work with the Entry Level Sales Support Representative team to follow up with the customer on delivery dates, monthly or quarterly promotional deals, and confirm correct contact information

● Monitor industry customer service and sales trends to increase customer retention

● Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

● Partner with other departments to discuss monthly goals, new promotions, and customer acquisition and sales targets

● Partake in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of individual and Entry Level Sales Support Representative team progress

● Document customer feedback effectively to improve customer satisfaction and sales strategy

● Tracking and reporting sales activities, progress, and performance to ensure company goals are being met and exceeded

● Attend virtual and in-person training sessions with the Entry Level Sales Support Representative team to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and business processes.

● 0–2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
