J & A Capital Management Group is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and work on behalf of Brightspeed. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Brightspeed’s range of products and services, providing excellent customer support, and contributing to the growth and success of both J & A Capital Management Group and Brightspeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution:
• Promote and sell Brightspeed's products and services to potential and existing customers directly.
• Conduct consultive sales presentations with potential customers.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date on Brightspeed’s offerings, features, and competitive advantages.
• Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
• Market Engagement:
• Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
• Administrative Duties:
• Record and maintain accurate sales and customer activity data in CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Brightspeed’s products and services or the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with door-to-door, retail, or direct sales.
• Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive solutions.

Pay: $58,730.00 - $68,201.00 per year
