Title: Entry Level Long Term Virtual Assistants/VAs for Book Content Writing & Images Using ChatGPT Description: You must write your messages and cover letter answers on your own (NOT AI) as I want to see your thinking/writing/grammar skills without AI. Plus, if you use AI, I will not be interested. I’m a publisher looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help me create high-quality nonfiction book content using AI tools like ChatGPT. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, with the potential to work on 50–100+ books per year across a wide range of topics (from A to Z). Here’s how the process works: * I will provide: * VIDEO TRAINING on Instructions to create book details (book title, subtitle, basic toc, expanded toc, image details) (book content for Introduction, Conclusion, Appendices, and core chapters like Chapter 1-12+) = watch entire video instructions & examples I will provide to learn how to do this: You need to create: * Book title, subtitle, description, and table of contents *Introduction, Conclusion, and Appendices chapters * A fully completed Chapter 1 as your guide for that book For core chapters like chapter 1, you need to generate content one part a time (like my video instructions teaches): * Chapter overview paragraph * Section 1 content * Section 2 content * Section 3 content * Chapter review (Repeat for each chapter in the book — typically 12–15 chapters, sometimes up to 40) Important: You won’t be creating entire chapters all at once. Instead, you'll follow a step-by-step process, one content type at a time, to ensure quality and consistency across the entire book. Ideally in the future, I prefer a LONG TERM VA to be capable of handling the entire book start to finish — including creating the title, subtitle, TOC, description, Chapter 1, all core chapters, the introduction, conclusion, and appendices. (which is your first project) Ideal Candidate: * Fluent in English (bonus if you're from a native English-speaking country) * Strong grammar and attention to detail * Familiar with ChatGPT or other AI tools (paid version is a plus) * Consistent, organized, and format-obsessed (AI sometimes slips — you shouldn’t!) * Comfortable watching training videos and modeling your work precisely Hiring Process: * I’ll start by hiring 5–10 VAs for a short 1-hour paid test * You’ll be asked to create BOOK DETAILS & BASIC CHAPTERS (Intro, Conc, Append, Ch 1) * The best performers (accurate, consistent, detailed) will be selected for full book projects and long-term work * Top 1–3 VAs may be hired ongoing to handle multiple books weekly Apply now if you're excited to help create books that inform, inspire, and entertain — one chapter at a time. (modeling ch 1)...the word count for the chapters should be consistent...if incorrect, then make sure to regenerate to reach same word count for ALL Parts of content somewhat like: - Chapter overview (100 words) - Section content including section overview and tips (850 words) x 3 sections - Chapter review (350-400 words) - After all book done, I want you to give me the result of the word count for each core chapters (chapter, chapter review) to make sure the core chapters are CONSISTENT in word count.
