Become a Case Manager at First Heartland!

This non-sales role helps clients get life insurance and other insurance products.

A Case Manager acts as a bridge between two groups:

• Life insurance companies
• The insurance agents

What You Will Do:

• Review completed applications for errors
• Submit applications to the insurance companies
• Enter case data into company database.
• Field agent phone calls regarding their pending policies
• Perform daily follow ups with insurance companies and agents until the policy is issued.
• Advocate with insurance companies on agents’ behalf.
• Upon request, call agent’s clients to assist in preparing applications.

• Has a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

College degree preferred

Ability to

• Build and maintain positive business relationships
• Learn new procedures and technology quickly.
• Prioritize and multi-task

Required Skills

• You must be very organized and pay close attention to all the details.
• You must be confident tackling new and unique problems.
• You need to be excellent at talking and writing clearly
