We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Sales Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering excellent service, and driving sales through meaningful customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with retail customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and returning customers
• Collect and enter customer information in SalesForce to complete sales
• Support the sales team in achieving performance targets through exceptional service and follow-through
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
• Log and track customer interactions and insights using internal systems or CRM tools

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Basic computer literacy; ability to learn CRM or point-of-sale systems
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed
