Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Work closely with the Controller to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financials
• Handle the books with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Proactively look for ways to improve processes and take ownership of outcomes

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience (AP/AR or bookkeeping preferred)
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Proficiency with Acumatica and Excel a plus
