We are a fast-growing real estate analytics platform seeking an experienced contractor or agency to generate high-quality B2B partnership qualified meetings for our sales team. Our team handles all deal closures—your role is purely lead generation and appointment setting. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and engage B2B prospects in PropTech, STR Tech, Real Estate Data, SaaS marketplaces, and investment analytics. 2. Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry networks. 3. Secure 40 qualified meetings per month for our sales team with key decision-makers (Product, CTO, Data, Partnerships). 4. Collaborate with our team on messaging, targeting, and lead qualification criteria. 5. Maintain transparent tracking and reporting of all meetings delivered. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in B2B lead generation, enterprise sales, appointment setting, or business development. 2. Background in PropTech, STR Tech, Real Estate Data, or API-driven SaaS. 3. Ability to consistently deliver high-quality, decision-maker meetings. 4. Strong communication, personalization, and outbound outreach skills. 5. Comfortable working as an independent contractor or agency with minimal supervision. Payment & Milestones 1. Fixed Total Monthly Budget: $3,000 2. Target: 40 qualified meetings per month 3. Payment tied to milestone deliveries ( $750 per 10 verified meetings ) 4. Definition of “qualified meeting” provided upfront (decision-maker present, industry relevance, confirmed interest) 5. No payment tied to deal closure—only meetings delivered count toward payment Ideal Candidates: Freelancers or agencies experienced with real estate tech platforms, STR data tools, PropTech SaaS companies, API-first startups, or B2B data marketplaces.
