- As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of high-value opportunities, guiding complex sales cycles with mid- to large-sized organizations. You’ll build and manage a strong pipeline, drive new business, and secure renewals while working remotely within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Accountabilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, targeting mid- and large-sized enterprises.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to closing and post-sale engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Navigate the competitive landscape to position the product effectively.
- Execute outbound efforts such as cold calling and email campaigns to generate new opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Manage renewals and maintain long-term customer success.
- Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in data solutions, SaaS, or PaaS.
- Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and performance goals.
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing accounts.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication; ability to engage across all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment and navigating dynamic change.
Preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with open source software or modern data platforms (e.g., NoSQL, time-series databases)
- Background in enterprise management tools (APM, network monitoring, cloud management, etc.)
Competitive compensation
- US Zone 1: $250K–$270K OTE
- US Zone 2: $230K–$250K OTE
