Ledgre.ai — an AI-powered accounting & bookkeeping platform built for landlords and property managers — is helping develop a Continuing Education (CE) course for Enrolled Agents focused on rental property taxes and how AI automation can streamline workflows that help landlords be prepared to work to find the deductions. We’re looking for an Enrolled Agent to: • Co-deliver a 30-minute educational session (with slides provided collaboratively). • Participate in a live Q&A following the session. • Ensure the material aligns with CE credit requirements for enrolled agents. Ideal Background: • Licensed Enrolled Agent with experience in real estate or rental property accounting/taxes. • Prior teaching, webinar, or public speaking experience preferred. • Comfortable discussing technology and automation trends in accounting/taxes.
