Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Supervisor to lead our building maintenance and equipment repair operations. This role ensures that our facilities and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The Engineering Supervisor will manage a team of technicians, coordinate daily workloads, and maintain performance records for all equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in building systems and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain high-quality service standards. Supervise and schedule engineering staff to meet facility needs. Conduct regular inspections of service areas and address equipment or system issues. Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work for building systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with inspections and testing requirements from regulatory agencies such as JCAHO. Evaluate training needs and provide ongoing education for staff. Manage administrative tasks including invoice tracking, budgeting support, and employee records. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Related trade school or manufacturers training preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance with 1 year of supervisory experience required. Electrical/electronic schematic and diagram reading experience preferred. Additional Qualifications: Ability to follow maintenance manuals and troubleshooting guides. Ability to read blueprints. Basic computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and respond to instructions effectively.
