We are seeking an experienced engineer to assist with the migration and rollout of a new phone system using Netsapiens. The role involves configuring various components such as DID mapping, VOIP phones, eFax, call routing, and voicemail setup. This project will be completed remotely and requires collaboration with our internal team. The migration will start in October and will involve a phased rollout across different branch offices. VOIP endpoints are Polycom and Grandstream.
