Philadelphia 5G is seeking an Energy Customer Representative to drive relationship development for our client’s energy initiatives. This Energy Customer Representative role demands a professional skilled in building customer trust, delivering consultative service recommendations, and providing strategic sales support that reinforces long-term partnerships and new enrollments.
As an Energy Customer Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for delivering energy solutions, managing the full service for our customers. The Energy Customer Representative with us will ensure that every business and customer interaction from initial engagement to post sales enrollment reflects our commitment to reliable, transparent, and high-quality energy service.
Energy Customer Representative Responsibilities
- Connect with businesses and customers to present energy solutions, focusing on reliability, savings, and sustainable impact
- Build awareness of energy offerings through targeted outreach and meaningful customer service interactions
- Assess businesses energy usage, budget preferences, and service needs to recommend plans that support their requests
- Guide businesses through the sales enrollment process being their primary point of contact to answer questions they may have along the way
- Maintain accurate enrollment records of any account changes and explaining to the businesses the next steps in the process and monthly cost so they are clear
- Drive sales enrollment and customer success by reinforcing product value, addressing customer needs proactively, and offering tailored solutions to build long-term relationships
Energy Customer Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in customer acquisition, customer service, structured outreach, sales or energy related role is a plus
- Ability to assess business energy needs and provide tailored recommendations that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions.
- Professionalism and reliability, ensuring all customer interactions reflect the company’s values of transparency and service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Work effectively with colleagues, management, and other sales representatives to achieve collective goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,350.00 per week
Work Location: On the road
