We are receiving thousands of bounce-back emails because our domain is being spoofed by spammers. We need an experienced email security/DNS expert to help us stop this problem and protect our domain reputation. Tasks include: • Review our current Google Workspace email setup • Audit SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for our domain • Configure/reconfigure DNS records to ensure compliance and security • Implement a strict DMARC policy (p=reject or p=quarantine, depending on best practice) • Provide testing and validation to confirm that spoofed emails are blocked • Set up reporting (RUA/RUF) so we can monitor domain usage • Advise on any additional best practices to protect domain reputation Requirements: • Proven experience setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for domains • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail for Business) • Knowledge of DNS providers and how to update records • Ability to clearly explain changes and provide documentation Deliverables: • Fully working SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup for smartysymbols.com • Confirmation that bounce-back spam stops or is significantly reduced • Step-by-step documentation of changes made To apply: Please include: 1.
