Description: We are PMHOA Pro, a B2B outsourced sales company that helps home service providers build long-term, profitable relationships with property managers and HOAs. We are not e-commerce — we are strictly B2B. We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager with a strong background in webinar-based email campaigns and list segmentation. What You’ll Be Responsible For: -- Managing our existing customer and prospect list, which is diverse and segmented by industry verticals, including: Roofers, Remediation (Fire & Water), Plumbers, Pest Control, HVAC, General Contractors, Electricians, Landscaping/Lawn Care, Janitorial, Moving Companies, Asphalt & Paving, Painters, Flooring/Carpentry, Security/Alarm Services, Pool & Spa Maintenance, Locksmiths, and more. -- Creating segments based on Zoom webinar attendance data (attended, did not attend, stayed to the end, dropped off early). -- Building targeted follow-up sequences and reminder emails for webinar registrants. -- Designing and managing monthly and bi-monthly newsletters that generate engagement and keep our services top of mind. -- Writing compelling email copy designed to maximize open rates and engagement. -- Advising us on the best platform(s) for B2B email campaigns and CRM integration (we currently use tools like ActiveCampaign, but are open to best-in-class solutions). -- Staying on the cutting edge of email marketing trends and applying them to our campaigns. -- Providing monthly reports on campaign performance, list health, open rates, click-throughs, and segment behavior. -- Maintaining and updating customer journeys and segmentation over time. Role Structure: -- Initial setup phase (approximately 1 month): audit our list, create proper segmentation, build out automation for webinar follow-ups, and design our newsletter template. -- Ongoing maintenance phase: monthly reporting, continued optimization, content creation for newsletters, and adjustments to segmentation. -- Contracted role: setup fee + monthly ongoing retainer for management/maintenance. Requirements: -- Strong experience with B2B email marketing (not e-commerce). -- Demonstrated success with webinar email campaigns (integration with Zoom, segmentation of attendees, automated reminder/follow-up flows). -- Proficiency with email/CRM tools such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar. -- Content creation ability (newsletter themes, subject lines, copywriting). -- Data-driven approach — comfortable with analytics and reporting. -- Available for ongoing monthly engagement.
