Bumo is looking for a proactive, detail-savvy Email Marketing Coordinator to help drive growth across our supply and demand channels. This role is perfect for someone who loves planning smart lifecycle campaigns, understands what makes audiences click, and can collaborate closely on both strategy and design execution. What You'll Do - Plan, build, and optimize email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo—from ideation to launch and analysis. - Own segmentation strategy to ensure the right audiences receive the right message at the right time. - Monitor and interpret performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, unsubscribes) to improve overall campaign effectiveness. - Partner closely with the marketing lead on content, design direction, and testing strategies that drive conversions. - Give feedback on email designs and use AI design tools to streamline creative development when needed. - Manage automations, flows, and experiments that increase engagement and retention. What You Bring - Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, A/B testing, analytics). - A strong eye for email design and understanding of what drives users to engage. - Comfort working with AI-powered design or content tools. - Ability to move quickly, proactively propose ideas, and iterate based on data. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
