We’re looking for an experienced email & SMS marketing strategist who can build high-converting flows for our e-commerce brand. We already have consistent sales through TikTok Shop and are now focusing on maximizing retention and customer LTV through professional email & SMS sequences. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing flows across both email and SMS. This includes setting up the strategy, copywriting, design, segmentation, and technical build.
