Summary We are looking for an experienced CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialist with a strong background in email marketing. Your role will be to analyze, optimize, and adjust our newsletter and campaign content with the goal of maximizing open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. This is not about writing blog posts or SEO articles — we need someone who truly understands email engagement psychology, calls-to-action, and content flow that drives clicks. You will work closely with our team using Figma for design collaboration, ensuring the email copy and structure are aligned with best practices for deliverability, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities: • Review and optimize subject lines, preview text, and body content for higher CTR. • Suggest and test adjustments to CTAs (placement, color, wording, etc.). • Ensure balance between copy, visuals, and layout for best performance. • Collaborate in Figma with our design team to integrate optimized content. • Recommend A/B testing strategies for subject lines, CTAs, and content variations. • Improve overall email funnel performance through conversion-focused adjustments. Requirements: • Proven experience in CRO for email marketing (please share portfolio or case studies). • Strong understanding of conversion psychology and direct response copywriting. • Experience with email newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional campaigns. • Comfortable working with Figma for content/design alignment. • Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on measurable results (CTR, conversions, revenue impact).
