About
We are seeking an experienced electrician or electrical engineer to design and sketch a detailed electrical plan and diagrams for a campground. The project involves creating a complete layout and a detailed material list with appropriately sized wire types, metered sub panels and all other necessary, appropriately sized electrical components. This campground will consist of 25 50amp RV sites and a laundry house. Inside the laundry room will be 3 residential sized washing machines, 3 240v electric dryers, one 240v electric hot water heater, one 208/230v mini split, 2 florescent lights and one 110 wall outlet for a vending machine. Attached is a very rough sketch of the campground layout. On this sketch you will see a blue star. That blue star will be the main service panel where the single phase electric is brought onto the property and to the ground. The laundry house will be placed within 20 feet of this location. This sketch shows how the campground will be laid out and where I plan to run the wiring underground with approximate and over estimated distances. Campsite sizes and road sizes are listed for actual distances. The blue boxes are where i would guess metered sub panels would need to go, 5 covering 4 sites and one covering 5 sites. If we need to step down two sites to 30 amp to accommodate the extra hook up that is acceptable, that will be sites 1 & 2. The orange dots are where each RV pedestal will go, in the drivers side rear of each site. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical design and a strong understanding of appropriate wire sizes, campground electrical systems and Tennessee state codes.
