Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our fast growing team. We develop Contextual Intelligence Utilities along with AI-powered utilities and applications in specific markets. We are currently launching our EdTech software into a K-12 school market niche, with a dynamic problem/solution system for school leaders that was developed by current influencers from the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales account management and business development. Preferred familiarity, experience, or contacts in the EdTech market for this position. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to leverage technology to drive sales success. The Sales professional will be responsible for generating leads, managing Edtech school accounts, and conducting product demonstrations to potential clients.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking to generate new business opportunities in the EdTech market.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies.
- Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable; experience in technical sales is a plus.
- A network of contacts in the Edtech market is preferred but not required. We have targeted contacts throughout the US market.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
