The Role You Could Play In this role, you will work alongside the eCommerce Trade and Content Manager to support the creation and delivery of the category strategy online including both trade and content initiatives with the broader digital strategy in mind. You will play a pivotal role in keeping up to date with weekly trade reviews of our site and app to ensure our customers have the best experience whilst also staying ahead on developments and trends in the digital beauty space sourcing competitive insights and contributing to new opportunities. Day to day you will be involved in: Support the creation and delivery of the category strategy online, including both trade and content initiatives Contribute to product roadmaps across our digital space to support growth targets and customer experience Collaborate with supply and demand planners in your category to maintain optimal availability, continuous review and enrichment of PDPs, ensuring the accuracy of information and maximizing online conversion Weekly and monthly reporting, developing insights and recommendations based on performance against KPIs Oversee and contribute to campaign promotion planning to enhance and drive growth in both category and brand performance What You Will Bring Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within eCommerce and enjoy supporting a team within a fast-paced and agile environment. You are proactive and self-motivated seeking opportunities for improvement and share strong problem-solving skills as well as a creative mindset.
