We are seeking a full-time E-Learning Developer with strong expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise to bring our learning content to life through engaging, interactive course designs. The content and curriculum will be provided, but we expect you to take full ownership of execution, transforming materials into polished, learner-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work closely with a small, collaborative team, actively contribute creative ideas for content presentation and interaction design, even when a structure is already suggested. You should be comfortable taking initiative, refining layouts and gamification elements, and ensuring every module feels dynamic and cohesive. You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality e-learning modules that align with instructional design best practices and enhance learner engagement and retention. This is a hands-on, full-time role that requires reliability, availability for team calls and meetings, and a strong sense of accountability for meeting project timelines. A portfolio showcasing previous e-learning work is required.
