I have strong purchasing power and can move quickly on great deals — I need someone who can consistently find opportunities, evaluate profitability, and get products listed fast so I can handle shipping and fulfillment. Your Responsibilities: Research & Source Inventory: Find wholesale pallets, liquidations, and bulk deals from platforms like B-Stock, Liquidation.com, BULQ, 888Lots, and regional suppliers. Analyze ROI: Compare pallet manifests with sold comps on Facebook Marketplace & eBay and present me with only the highest-ROI opportunities. Track Sourcing: Maintain a simple spreadsheet of all potential purchases with cost, shipping, and profit margin calculations. Create Listings: Write optimized product titles and descriptions, upload images, and set competitive pricing for Facebook Marketplace and eBay. Manage Inventory Listings: Mark sold items, keep listings up to date, and optionally reply to buyer messages using provided templates. Requirements: Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace and/or eBay listing management. Familiarity with wholesale pallets, liquidations, or product research tools. Strong English writing skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. Reliable, responsive, and highly organized — must be able to work independently. Nice to Have: Experience negotiating with pallet suppliers or finding off-platform deals. Familiarity with tools like ZIK Analytics, Terapeak, or Keepa. Ability to spot under-priced or trending items quickly.
