We’re a growing e-commerce brand focused on mission-driven lifestyle products, and we're seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help us increase conversions, improve user experience, and maximize average order value (AOV) across our Shopify storefront and Amazon listings. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements and providing clear reporting on performance and outcomes. Your Responsibilities: 1- Conduct website audits to identify friction points and CRO opportunities 2- Develop and implement A/B tests, heatmaps, user session recordings, and behavior analysis 3- Recommend and help implement high-converting layouts, product bundling, upsells, and cart improvements 4- Optimize for mobile and desktop UX 5- Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Shopify data, and other tools 6- Generate weekly and monthly reports with key metrics, learnings, and actionable next steps 7- Work closely with our marketing team to align CRO strategy with campaigns and audience segmentation What We're Looking For: 1- 3+ years of CRO experience in the e-commerce space 2- Strong grasp of UX/UI, funnel psychology, and behavioral analysis 3- Expertise in tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, Klaviyo, and Shopify Plus 4- Experience increasing AOV through bundling strategies, upsells, and cross-sell flows 5- Ability to set up, analyze, and report results with actionable insights 6- Strong communication, responsiveness, and ownership mindset Bonus If You Have: - Experience with Shopify checkout customizations - Background working with mission-driven or faith-based brands - Ability to collaborate with creative and development teams Project Scope: - Initial 1–3 month contract with performance-based extensions - Weekly check-ins and monthly performance reviews - Opportunity to become a long-term partner as we scale To Apply, Please Include: - Links to e-commerce sites you’ve improved (before/after results preferred) - Sample reports or dashboards you’ve built - Your tool stack and preferred testing frameworks - A short note on how you'd approach increasing AOV for a Shopify store selling religious lifestyle products
