Working Title: Dual Enrollment Coordinator/Advisor Institution: Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College Classification Title: MnSCU Academic Professional 3 Bargaining Unit / Union: 214: Minnesota Association of Professional Employees City: Cloquet FLSA: Job Exempt Full Time / Part Time: Full time Employment Condition: Unclassified - Unlimited Academic Salary Range: $28.26 - $41.43 Job Description: The Dual Enrollment Coordinator/Advisor position provides leadership and oversight of Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College's (FDLTCC) K-12 Collaboration initiatives, primarily College in the Schools (CITS) and Post-Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) programs and services, and additional K-12 collaboration events that support CITS/PSEO needs. This position serves as the college's representative to all high school partners and stakeholders and is responsible for oversight of all services, systems, policies, procedures, and reporting that relate to CITS and PSEO. This position also serves as a student advisor and assists student services personnel with strategies to increase retention and graduation rates of students and implements and coordinates aspects of computerized placement testing for the FDLTCC campus, as needed. Salary Range: $28.75 - $42.16 hourly, $60,030 - $88,030 annually Minimum Qualifications Four or more years of experience working in education or related field (bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of work experience). Experience working with college admissions as a recruiter or advisor. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, lead and facilitate group processes and encourage the involvement of others. Demonstrated financial management, administrative and organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to project a professional image. Preferred Qualification Three years of experience in a secondary or post-secondary educational setting with an understanding of both K-12 and college systems. Experience working with data management tools for both inputting and analyzing data. Experience working within the Minnesota State system or Minnesota Department of Education. Master's degree in education, or related field. Strong working knowledge of enrollment management principles.
